The client is responsible for all associated costs related to their Azure or AWS subscription usage. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Storage costs for data stored in Azure Data Lake or other Azure storage services,

  • Data processing and transformation costs, such as those incurred by Azure Data Factory or similar tools,

  • Power BI licensing costs, including Pro, Premium Per User (PPU), or Premium capacity licenses required to access and share reports.

These costs are billed directly by Microsoft and vary based on usage, region, and selected service tiers.
